Our La Calavera design, inspired by the Mexican Lotería image of the same name, is the sister image of El Corazón, and is a representation of the determination and “fire in the eyes” that blazes, once we are truly able to release the “fear in the heart”. With this focus, anything is possible and nothing can get in our way.
Every item begins with a hand drawn illustration and is laser-cut and etched from baltic birch and stained with vibrant milk paints of various color combinations. Retail-ready and perfect as gifts, each piece has a keyhole slot on the back for easy hanging and the small size comes packaged in a 7 ½ x 5 ½ x ½ " clear lid box.
